I figured it would be best to lead with that pure amazing fact, because while there are many more details to add, the bottom line is pretty important when you are engaged in such a big life event as this.

And now for some details about the experience, so you will know why to take my advice, even though I am a stranger. And you should take my advice, because it turns out I am a stranger who makes wildly magnificent choices in Realtors, even at my first time; and if I am bragging, you will forgive me after you see how it feels to nail a life choice so precisely. Advice: go with Ruth and her team if you are doing anything involving property.

When the process first starts out, Ruth will educate you in as much detail as you like or require regarding what will happen in the days to come, and why things happen in the ways they do. Her initial education given to clients is very specific, but if you turn out to be a high-needs anxious person who is a bit panicked by change, she will be patiently available and break it down or repeat it as often as necessary for you to breathe confidently. Don’t ask me how I know. But also note that the others on her team are the exact same way.

For me, she actually went ahead and taught me a great deal about how the market works, and how Realtors come to various detailed conclusions, which was fascinating as well as relaxing. "Above and beyond" might be her personal motto.

And Ruth’s transparent integrity in these things made it very easy for me to ask her recommendations about hiring other people needed as time went on, like the stager who teaches you how best to make the house look, and the law firm who will organize financials and similar necessities. Seems she knows everybody, and it was manifestly a brilliant idea to trust her. She appears to surround herself with extremely competent, knowledgeable, kind, generous professionals. Birds of a feather.

There is probably more to say, but I want to get this review posted before anyone accidentally does anything stressful and self-injurious, like trying to sell a property without first calling Ruth Sheahan."
